Close Encounters of the Absurd Kind is the second episode in the second season of Cosgrove Hall's 2D animated TV cartoon series "Danger Mouse" that was broadcasted on ITV in the UK as five 5-parted episodes from 11th to 15th January 1982 and it was later broadcasted as a single episode on 19th November 1985.
