Doctor Frankenstoat (voiced by Brian Trueman): Another one-shot villain who formed a temporary alliance with Count Duckula. Unlike his namesake, Frankenstoat built machines to aid a bid for world domination rather than attempting to create life. As his last name suggests, he is a stoat and wears bedroom slippers rather than shoes.
