Summary[]
The Duke of Bedbug's stately mansion has been stolen and is currently sailing up to sea. Hannibal Hogarty and his team of highly trained elephants are holding it to ransom, so Dangermouse and Penfold team up with B.L.E.E.P. (the Building Location and Emergency Expedition Platoon), led by Dangermouse's old pal Mad Major Melvin.
