The Complete Bungler is an episode of The Wind in the Willows

Toad takes up fishing. Badger, unusually, encourages this new craze and offers to give him a lesson in Fly Fishing, but Toad refuses. He goes goes to London and buys the finest fishing tackle money can buy. With Toad Hall unattended, the evil Weasels decide to steal Toad's motorcycle. Will Toad succeed in his fishing techniques?
