Cosgrove Hall Wiki

The Great Ductective is the seventh episode in Series 3 of Cosgrove Hall's 2D animated cartoon show "Count Duckula" that was first broadcasted on ITV in the UK on 3rd November 1990.

An 'interview' with Detectives Soames and Potson dosen't lead Duckula to fame and fortune. However, Von Goosewing finds a favourite Aunty that he never had in the first place. Confusing isn't it?

  • The only episode in the show where Hawkeye Soames does not have his smoking pipe with him, except for having it in his beak at the beginning scene of the episode.
  • Recording date: 1989.
